Mort'ge U/Writer Manchester

Our client is at the forefront of of the financial services industry.
Due to rapid expansion we now require three additional experienced underwriters to be based in their North Manchester HQ.
Role PurposeTo underwrite mortgage applications.
This is a permanent role.
Bonus:Yes – based on completions and grade
Principal Responsibilities
·Underwrite mortgage applications, ensuring appropriate information is requested and received in a timely manner.
·Ensure that post received is actioned correctly and within time-scales.
·Ensure that Mortgage Applications are prepared and administrated in accordance with Lender guidelines.
·Provide customers with accurate information/data about our products and services.
·Build and maintain good relationships with brokers and lenders.
Experience:
·Previous mortgage underwriting experience is essential.
Qualifications:
·CEMAP (Desirable)
Skills
·Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
·Good customer service skills
·Keyboard skills·Attention to detail.
