Our client is a specialist provider of Income Protection Insurance throughout the UK and we are currently seeking to fill the following position.
NATIONAL SALES MANAGER
We are seeking a National Sales Manager with experience in a similar role to create and monitor quality relationships with Network Head Offices and key accounts nationwide. The successful candidate will also be required to manage and develop the Society’s team of Broker Consultants (currently three) and closely manage the Head Office Sales and Marketing Team. Key aspects of this role will include: training and development, support and assistance with major exhibitions and key accounts, maintenance and ongoing development of a sales management system, monitoring performance against objectives and control of the sales management budget. This role will also involve providing market intelligence to the Society’s Senior Management and Board.
Salary will be negotiable but will reflect seniority of this high profile role.
