We are currently looking for a number of experienced collections representatives to join us asap. I have attached the job spec for your information. These positions are available on both full time and part time basis, to be worked various shifts covering from 8.00am to 8.00pm 5 days over 7 days on a rota basis. We also offer the opportunity for staff to work split shifts and offer various bonuses and incentives for this. The salary range for these positions is between £11,000 and £18,000 dependant on skills and experience.

Major Activities

Dealing with inbound/ outbound telephone calls for overdue customers
Managing a portfolio of arrears customers for which you have day-to-day responsibility.
Update systems with relevant narrative & forward calling dates
Assist in trying to locate customers whereabouts, locations of assets etc.
Obtain and update customer’s current circumstances and contact details.
Attend court hearings from time to time to represent the company
Instruct repossessions, traces on accounts where this action is necessary
Prepare cases for Litigation to be authorised by the collection managerRelationship manage external collection agents & other agencies.
