· Experience of working in the loans industry. Experience is essential but may be with a provider or broker.
· Excellent understanding of the market and a real zeal to do deals that will generate revenue for the business and give our massive customer base the opportunity to apply for a loan with as many providers as possible.
Your hunger for success will be matched by a professional and diligent approach as you will be an ambassador for the company liaising with many different banking and personal finance organisations. You will deal with senior representatives of these organisations and consequently your manner must be conscientious and focused.

Business Development Manager.

Our client is looking for a Business Development Manager to cover the South East area of London and Essex who will be working as part of a national sales team comprising of twelve Business Development Managers and two Regional Sales Managers.
You will be based from home and, with full head office and regional manager support, generate non-conforming and sub-prime mortgage business from mortgage brokers who are active in the sub prime, Buy-to-Let and self-certification markets.
Ideally, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a proven track record spanning at least three years in business development/account management, preferably from a Financial Services/Mortgage/Secured Loan background.
They will also be target focussed, self motivated, possess excellent interpersonal skills and be driven by success.
Rewards are high with a basic salary of 25K - 35K (dependent upon experience) plus significant bonus opportunity, car allowance, laptop, mobile phone and excellent benefits.
