Loan Officer - Chester

Due to continued growth, a new position has arisen within the Secured Loans department for a Secured Loan Officer. As a Secured Loan Officer, you will be responsible for your own case count ensuring that all applications complete as quickly as possible. This will involve:

Liasing with Customers/Brokers for required information
Organising Lender references
Organising valuations
Issuing and chasing documents
Informing Brokers of the progress of their cases
Liasing with Lenders to progress cases to completion

You will have excellent keyboard and call handling skills together with an eye for detail and a strong ability to solve problems. You will be able to work well in a team and have a friendly and outgoing personality, with a passion for achieving targets and delivering high levels of customer service.
