Our client is one of the fastest growing companies in Chester they now require a membership business development manager to further grow the business.We are looking for someone who has ideally sold franchises / time share with travel industry knowledge however the key to this role is the ability to sell and negotiate.Basic salary is 23-25K BUT realistic expectations would be in the order of £30K.
The Role :-
1. To win new membership and technology revenue, thereby increasing Groups market share.
2. To work with the Senior Business Manager in enhancing profitable business avenues.
3. To pro-actively canvass potential new customers and make own appointments according to the structure laid down by the Head of Membership Recruitment.
4. To identify prospective and previously untapped market areas.
5. To actively canvass and explore all opportunities for new business.
6. To enhance the quality of the membership base by winning quality established business.
7. To work within the criteria and framework or membership systems as laid down by the Head of Membership Recruitment.
8. To achieve standards of performance, initial call levels, membership meetings and new membership as laid down by the Head of Membership Recruitment.
9. To conduct and/or attend meetings as required and to present oneself and company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
10. To maintain individual databases as laid down by the Section Head.
11. To fully complete all meeting reports as soon after each meeting as possible, and follow up all meetings in the same manner.
12. To undertake any other duties or projects which may from time to time be allocated to the post holder and which may be reasonably required to meet the needs of the employer's business.
