Are you temping OR can start ASAP ?
The ideal candidate must have at least 18 months solid HR admin experience to include at least 1 year as an HR Assistant. You will have proven communication and interpersonal skills together with a confident and diplomatic nature. With regards to IT ability you will possess good keyboard skills as well as proficiency on Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Access.The role itself will cover all aspects of recruitment to include screening CVs, arranging interviews, offer letters, contract of employment details etc. You will also deal with the welfare of the staff which includes training and development. The company do appraisals on a regular basis which you will get thoroughly involved with. You will also be responsible for the maintaining of the HR database and any other ad hoc duties in respect of the HR Function.
