This fast growing company requires an IT support adminstrator.You will have good administration skills but will also be IT literate as some IT knowledge is required.ROLE Administration of user accountsManagement of IT stock, including purchases and logisticsLiaise with management to ensure the smooth running of all aspects of ITCreating and Maintaining stock records and levels in line with guidelines.Assisting with Agent recalls and repairs in line with SLA`s Ensuring the department keeps good housekeepingProviding backup and cover to the IT HO Support Coordinator Providing backup and cover to the 2nd Line Support EngineerTo assist other teams within the IT department as necessary.To undertake any projects as required by the IT Support Manager.In addition to these functions, the employee is required to carry out such other duties as may be reasonably required to meet the needs of the employer's business.
