Role - Broker Support AdministratorRole descriptionThe primary function of the Broker Support Administrator role is to facilitate the registration of new brokers and support the Account Mangers in improving the conversion from DIPs into applications. This role is exclusively office based. Core responsibilities· Handle incoming calls from new brokers wishing to register · Make outbound calls to brokers to confirm their registration details and capture any additional broker profile information.· Liaise with Account Managers about new broker registrations.· Send out broker registration welcome packs.· Produce credit searches for DIPs requiring a non-binding option.· DIP the enquiry · Update the status of the DIPs .· Chase up brokers for missing information from DIPs.· Print off KFI requests and produce relevant KFIs.· Conduct other general office administrative duties. Skills & attributes required · Attention to detail.· Ability to understand a service model and work within service standards.· Excellent communication skills.· Excellent telephone manner. · Fast & accurate keying skills.· Well organized.· Team player.Remuneration structure· Basic salary of between £15k and £18k based on experience.Interested - Send us you CV ASAP
