They want to be number one..Do you ?The RoleThe primary function of this Chester based role is to train and develop the Operations staff in order to maintain competency and knowledge whilst growing the business.Criteria Required:The job requires 5 years experience in a training role within a lending background. Must be experienced in delivering customer service training and have full CeMAP (or equivalent) desirable. The following competencies are deemed as essential to the roleCore General Responsibilities · Take all new recruits through the initial company induction in order to integrate them into the department.· Deliver Personal Development Plans to all new recruits – specifically tailored for job role, ensuring self-assessment training needs analysis is conducted and feedback delivered to TM/Operations Manager· Implement criteria workshops in line with criteria/product changes· Work with underwriters to ensure a full understanding of criteria and work with them to gain and maintain competency level· All business initiative training designed and delivered according to company needs, and within agreed timescale· Deliver CeMAP training to relevant job role fortnightly, ensuring all individuals understand, and pass relevant modules within agreed timescale. Ensure all individuals can apply learning in the workplace, monitored through observations· Ensure effective overview of Tri-gold and Mortgage Brain to appropriate individuals within the business· Assess individual’s phone calls on a regular basis, providing feedback, assist with collating action plan and provide regular, structured coaching· Manage all underwriting and completion training requests in conjunction with Training & Development Policy & Procedures· Maintain training & development database and records in accordance with compliance guidelines· Deliver FSA/Fraud training as applicable· Drive and implement the Treating Customers Fairly & customer service programmesIf you meet these goals send your CV ASAP
