Ops Director (Lending)

Our client is a major force in financial lending, we now seek an Operation Director to take one aspect of the group business forward.

It is envisaged the job holder will be home based but will travel extensively throughout the country.

They will drive the business from a blank sheet the salary will reflect this.

Externally, to develop and maintain relationships with Lenders through planned calls,and presentations to groups of senior management.

Develop, [when agreed] new membership opportunities with potential firms wantingmembership Systems.
The Operations Director will be responsible for maintaining their business plan. Toensure there is a fully completed Reports for ALL lender meetings, and ensuring thatALL information relating to lenders is circulated to the membership on a weekly reportbasis
Diary, Business Plan, and Reports updated on a weekly basis. Secretarial assistance willassist with all reporting functions.

Due to continued growth, a new position has arisen within the Secured Loans department for a Secured Loan Officer. As a Secured Loan Officer, you will be responsible for your own case count ensuring that all applications complete as quickly as possible. This will involve:

Liasing with Customers/Brokers for required information
Organising Lender references
Organising valuations
Issuing and chasing documents
Informing Brokers of the progress of their cases
Liasing with Lenders to progress cases to completion

You with good business relationships.and develop intermediary mortgage business both unpackaged and packaged within a defined catchment area in order to deliver on-target volumes of mortgage completions.The role is essential to the companys strategy of developing distribution of mortgages through intermediaries with our chosen panel of lenders. The jobholder will be responsible for this by implementing a calling programme and activities to develop and increase mortgage performance in a given area. Externally, to develop and maintain relationships with intermediaries through planned calls, drop ins and presentations to groups. To develop intermediaries relationships into Premier Partners and manage to sustain required business levels. To identify intermediaries suitable for our products and manage to sustain required business levels.To build some relationships to Franchise level. Internally, to build working relationships with all staff. To know and build relationships with the key contacts and decision makers within our lender panel organisations.
