Main Purpose/Objective of post:

To co-ordinate from application to activation and provide ongoing support for the Groups on-line bookable Website solution.
To provide support to the Marketing Executive in the marketing of our business to customer websites. Key Duties:
1 Liaise with our memebers and Independent agents from application stage ensuring that full assistance is provided through to activation.
2 Provide ongoing support for all Web users.
3 To regularly contact agents who have taken our web solution and offer support and ideas on how to succeed with their site.
4 Weekly update of holiday offers
5 Monitor Web based 3rd party sales activity and account manage relationships with suppliers to ensure the website solution delivers as expected.
6 Responsible for logging & checking invoices from suppliers.
7 Provide on-going assessment and evaluation of Web activity.
8 To present the Web solution through both written and oral communication to our members and personnel within the company.
9 Responsible for statistics on the websites and weekly KPI’s.
10 To carry out consistent testing on the Web solution.
11 To provide feedback on the beta - testing so we can ensure we are competitive in the markets we are advertising.
12 To carry out and coordinate any reasonable assigned project or duty as requested. Requirements:
Excellent knowledge of Excel with good working knowledge of other Microsoft office application.
Knowledge of the Travel Industry an advantage
Excellent telephone manner
Self Starter and highly organised
Ability to communicate on all levels both orally and in writing.
