Responsibilities
· To maintain order and track all ADSL orders to stringent time frames, updating records accordingly.
· Tackling and solving any problems as they arise during an ADSL order to make sure they are resolved in an appropriate and timely manner
· Liaising with Agents accordingly with regards to their order status and connection details
· Liaising with internal departments on agent ADSL data and timeframes
· Create technical build sheets in line with onsite schedule and onsite engineer.
· Liaising with and supporting the IT Support department in dealing with agent connection faults and problems and providing 2nd line referrals to the ADSL supplier.
· Liaising with internal departments regarding ADSL connections on agent re-locations.
· Ordering stationery for the IT Development, IT Helpdesk and IT Support departments
· Taking calls from Head Office employees for internal IT problems
· Organising the IT departments purchase order system, including filing and invoicing.
· Providing a weekly KPI reports on all areas of the IT department
· Providing additional KPI information for IT inclosing Tracking incoming calls and response times for the IT Helpdesks
