Collections

Collections Representative

Major Activities

Dealing with inbound/ outbound telephone calls for overdue customers
Managing a portfolio of arrears customers for which you have day-to-day responsibility.
Update systems with relevant narrative & forward calling dates
Assist in trying to locate customers whereabouts, locations of assets etc.
Obtain and update customer’s current circumstances and contact details.
Attend court hearings from time to time to represent the company
Instruct repossessions, traces on accounts where this action is necessary
Prepare cases for Litigation to be authorised by the collection manager
Relationship manage external collection agents & other agencies

Knowledge, Experience/Skills needed

Ability to demonstrate good negotiation skills, good listening attributes and the ability to enter into conversations with customers in a confident manner.

Must demonstrate high levels of enthusiasm & initiative plus excellent communication skills


Assignment & Planning of Work

Work will be assigned on a regular basis, you will be expected to manage a portfolio of accounts as agreed, the ability to be a self starter is necessary
The hours of work will be on a revolving shift system with the emphasis being on Key times. (i.e. Early morning, evenings etc)

Secured Loan Sales-Chester

MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE:
To sell our financial and insurance products and services to either prospective or existing customers. Responsible for being the single point of contact for a customer and taking them through the loan process from start to finish.

Training Officer -Chester


MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE:

The successful candidate will play a crucial part of the success the internal sales of the business in secured and unsecured sales. Ideally, the candidate will have previous knowledge of the insurance sales process, the product offering, sales skills training and delivery, FSA regulations and a full understanding of the implications of TCF within the FSA guidelines an understanding of profit and loss drivers is also desirable.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Individual and group coaching.
Delivery of training in; technical, behavioural, product knowledge & sales skills.
Ability to monitor/track and report on individual agent performance to maximise efficiency, sales performance and effectiveness.
Set action plans for performance improvement in conjunction with other team members.
Working with Direct Group personnel to assist in maximising returns.
Proactively identify training gaps and provide solutions.
Support the design & deliver of corporate training programmes & HR initiatives when need arises.
Liaise with management on a regular basis to ensure the training and coaching delivered meets the needs of the business.
