UK Wide Sub Prime BDM

The primary function of this position is to increase market share by improving the company profile in the market place by promoting our Service and Products. An FSA test pass rate of 90% is also required.Annual Performance GoalsUsing the Company targets as a benchmark, a combination of some or all of the following performance measurements will be used to create individual performance goals· Performance against business volume targets & completion ratios· Quantity & quality of activity (appointments with brokers)After the Performance measurement goals have been set, an annual review will assess the performance standard achieved against target. A performance rating of 1 – 5 will then be awarded which will determine the salary increase due.
