Client Manager
Our retained client is a major dynamic forward thinking property finance group based in Central Liverpool. Due to expansion they are now looking for a Bridge Finance BDM. They are a principal lender with range of own products plus ability to source external solutions. Role Generate bridge finance from residential or commercial sector Manage Bridge finance transactions Cordinate due diligence and all professional appointments Develop strong relationships with introducing agents and banks. Generate income from solution selling by promoting own internal products and sourcing suitable external products when required. Monitor and manage internal documentation. Ensure full compliance. Requirements Integral knowledge of finance industry and lending principles Strong sales, customer care Sales and Marketing exp' Ability to work independently PC internet literate. Attention to detail Excellent personnal qualities. Experience Banking background or similar exp' Bridge finance preferred but not essential.
