Our financial servicies client is undergowing a period of rapid expansion.
Based Cardiff area.
We are now looking for suitably qualified secured loan personnel as follows :-Loan Underwriters Loan Relationship Managers Loan Underwriters Salary Band £14,500 to £15,500 pa Bonus scheme circa £150 per month.
Loan Relationship Managers Basic salary £15,000 rising to £16,000 on probation. Uncapped commission OTE £35,000 22 days holiday rising to 25 on service Contributory pension. Generous sick pay scheme. Free on site parking for all staff. Commission on friends/family mortgages. Reduced costs on staff mortgages and staff rates for legal fees. Full financial support for CeMAP & FISA students and annual bonus. Dress down day every Friday. Tax paid £100 employee of the month. Free Christmas party. Tax paid £250 staff recruitment scheme.
